This page says what the website stores and what the game stores. In short: the site sets one cookie, for the language you read it in, and counts visits without one; the game keeps your progress on your own device. There is no account, no advertising, and nothing here follows you to another site.

The website
The site is served by Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver a page and to keep the site up under attack, Cloudflare processes the data every web request carries: the IP address, the time, the address asked for, and the browser's own user-agent line. That processing rests on our legitimate interest in a working and safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Beyond that and the visit count below: no advertising, no tracking pixels, no embedded video, no social buttons. The fonts are served from this site, so your browser never asks another company for them.
The one cookie
A single cookie, i18n_redirected, holds a language code — en or de — so the site opens in the language you last read. It carries nothing else and identifies nobody. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Counting visits
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people read these pages. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device. What it records is what a request carries anyway — the page, the site that linked to it, the country, the kind of device, and how long the page took to load — and it builds no profile and no identifier that would recognise you on a second visit or on another site.
Cloudflare processes this for us as our processor, on our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is read (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where that processing reaches outside the European Economic Area, it rests on Cloudflare's Standard Contractual Clauses and its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The game
Steel Cadence: Tanks 1945 saves on your device and nowhere else: the stages you cleared, your points, the tanks you own and their upgrades, your settings. There is no account, no login, and no server of ours that the game talks to.
In a browser that save sits in the browser's own storage for this site; on a phone or a desktop it sits in the game's own folder. Deleting the game, or the browser data, removes it. Nothing of it reaches us.
Points can be bought inside the game. The payment itself is Apple's: the App Store shows the sheet, takes the money, and tells the game whether it went through. We never see a name, an address, or card details, and the game has no way to ask for them. What Apple collects when you buy is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
The game keeps the transaction number Apple gives it, in the same save on your own device, so that one purchase is never counted twice. It stays there with the rest of the save and reaches us no more than the rest of it does.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You may also complain to the Austrian data protection authority: Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at.
When this changes
If the game ever keeps something outside your own device, this page says so before that version ships.
